Styles
- Power Yoga: a fast pace flow to build strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. Yes we break a little sweat!
- Vinyasa Flow: an articulated sequence to build heat and connect mind and body through breath and movement.
- Yin Yoga: a slow paced sequence with long held postures to access connective tissue, improve our flexibility, increase range of motion at the joints and tap into the parasympathetic branch of the nervous system.
- Functional Training Yoga/Pilates fusion: a fun and creative sequence that combines Strengthening Moves, Yoga and the Pilates Method for core control and a healthy spine.
- Aquapilates: we bring the Pilates Method and a series of therapeutic body moves to the aquatic environment, the purpose of this practice is to strengthen our muscles, bones and joints safely.
